Most rude person I have ever met. Very unfriendly and inpacient. We wanted to rent 2 scooters but because of his attitude we decided to cancel. He than completely refused to cooperate and was not willing to come to a solution. Eventually we could not get any of our money back but we still decided to not drive the scooters. We were sure it would lead to more problems when we would give the scooters back.
